QoEPro vs Zenith Analysis
QoEPro targets the same buyers we do: ETA searchers, independent sponsors, first-time buyers, and the owners selling to them, in the $250K to $25M EBITDA range. They publish a full four-tier rate card, which is rare and to their credit, and their central promise is continuity of person: every engagement is led by the same named CFA, who also walks you through the findings.
Side by side, on published facts only
Everything in the QoEPro column is something they or a third party published. Where they do not publish a figure, the cell says so rather than guessing. Pricing, tiers and turnaround as published on qoepro.com, 2026.

Where the two approaches actually diverge
Bench against practitioner, and depth of the cash work. One person is a real advantage for continuity and a real constraint on throughput and range: our team spans CFAs, ex-investment bankers, and former McKinsey consultants across 800-plus transactions, and the file gets staffed by whoever fits your deal. On scope, our proof of cash runs every month of every account rather than sampling, and Comprehensive ties bank to books to the filed return, which is the specific reconciliation SBA change of ownership deals now turn on.
When QoEPro is the better call
If you want one named person who owns your file end to end and never hands off, a single-practitioner shop delivers that more purely than a bench can. Their $1,999 Lite also sits below our $2,899, and if the deal is small enough that nine hundred dollars decides it, that is a fair reason to go there. Worth knowing on the entry tier though: their CIM Snapshot is $349 against our $299 screen, so the cheaper pre-LOI option is ours.
What you get from us, specifically
A team of CFAs, ex-investment bankers, and former McKinsey management consultants who have overseen more than 800 transactions between them. Every add-back gets a written verdict of accepted, reduced, or rejected with the evidence next to it. Every month of bank activity gets reconciled to the books rather than sampled, and on a Comprehensive engagement that tie extends to the filed tax returns. The complete Excel workbook ships with the report, so your lender and your accountant can audit the work instead of trusting it.
And the report is not where we stop. You get a walkthrough of the findings when the draft lands, and we stay reachable while you negotiate, because a finding you cannot use in the room is not worth much. That advisory relationship is part of the engagement, not a tier above it.
Three flat prices, published: $299 to screen a deal before you commit to an LOI, $2,899 for a QoE Lite, $9,799 for a Comprehensive scoped to SBA SOP 50 10 8.1 Appendix 15. No hourly billing and no scope surprises.
