This Cookie Policy explains how Netsky LLC, doing business as Zenith Analysis (Zenith, we, us, or our), uses cookies and similar technologies on zenithanalysis.com and the applications and pages that link to this policy (collectively, the Sites). It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your browser or device. We also use related technologies, including pixels, tags, software development kits, server logs, and browser local or session storage. In this policy, we refer to all of them as Tracking Technologies.
Tracking Technologies may be set by Zenith (first-party) or by another provider whose services we use (third-party). Session technologies expire when you close your browser or shortly afterward. Persistent technologies remain until their configured expiration date or until you delete them.
2. Why we use them
We may use Tracking Technologies to:
- keep you signed in and maintain secure sessions;
- remember preferences, settings, and progress;
- protect accounts, prevent fraud, and diagnose errors;
- understand traffic and how features perform;
- measure marketing campaigns and conversions; and
- improve the Sites and develop new features.
3. Categories we use

The exact technologies present can vary by page, whether you are signed in, the features you use, and which integrations are enabled. Providers may change names and technical identifiers over time while serving the same purposes described above.
4. Browser storage
The Service uses local storage and session storage for settings and workflow state, including display preferences, analysis options, checkout continuity, and deduplication of conversion events. Unlike cookies, these values are not automatically sent with every web request, but scripts running on the same site can read them. You can clear them through your browser's site-data controls; doing so may reset preferences or interrupt an in-progress workflow.
5. Your choices
- Browser controls. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and site data. Browser help pages explain how to do this. Settings are browser- and device-specific.
- Advertising controls. You can manage Google advertising personalization at Google Ads Settings. You may also use industry opt-out tools offered by the Digital Advertising Alliance and Network Advertising Initiative where available.
- Privacy requests. To request an opt-out of processing that applicable law defines as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, email privacy@zenithanalysis.com.
We do not currently respond to the legacy “Do Not Track” browser signal because there is no consistent industry standard for it. Where applicable law requires recognition of an opt-out-preference signal, we will treat a supported signal in accordance with that law. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent secure areas, checkout, and connected features from operating correctly.
6. Third-party privacy practices
Third-party providers may use information they receive through their technologies according to their own privacy policies. Zenith does not control their independent processing. Review the provider's privacy and cookie documentation for details about identifiers, retention, and opt-out tools.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our technologies, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. Material changes will receive additional notice where required by law.
